CNJWS II is the second version of my home layout– Canadian National Junction West Sub. I run CN (with some CP and TH & B) in the 1950’s transition era. Location is west Toronto in the “Junction Area” (Annette, Keele, Dundas) Many structures are scratchbuild or kit-bashed, the layout is fully scenicked and all is heavily weathered (as time allows!). I have over 225 feet of mainline with a 24″ minimum radius and eight switching areas. I am a member of a local round robin group and am usually open Monday nights for operating, worknights etc. Call ahead to visit. John Kanakos (519) 660-1844 London, Ontario. |

The Cariboo Western Railroad is a freelanced model railroad. That means no prototype ever existed. The route follows the PGE/BCRAIL from North Vancouver to Anderson and an imaginary extension to Ashcroft. Some parts are modeled to closely follow the prototype and other parts are creative fiction. However all modeling will attempt to reproduce the geology and ecosystem accurately. |
